Lucknow, June 9 -- With transparent and strict examination system put in place in Uttar Pradesh, the written examination for Direct Recruitment-2025 for Constable Civil Police and equivalent posts was successfully completed today.
Conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, the examination was conducted in a peaceful and orderly environment in two shifts at 1,183 examination centers across all 75 districts of the state.
The Recruitment Board stated that a total of 9,62,832 candidates were eligible for the examination held on June 8, and of these, 7,23,540 candidates appeared for the examination, representing 75.15 per cent of the total registered candidates.
