Lucknow, April 7 -- In a major operation, the Air Intelligence Unit (AIU) at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport have recovered hydroponic cannabis worth approximately Rs 3 crore from a passenger who arrived here in India from Bangkok, Thailand, sources said today. According to airport sources, the passenger had arrived on AirAsia flight FD-146 late Sunday night. Officials grew suspicious of his movements and intercepted him around 11:30 PM. During questioning, the passenger admitted to carrying banned hydroponic cannabis in his baggage.
