Mathura, May 31 -- The religious city of Govardhan is witnessing a massive influx of devotees these days to visit and perform the Parikrama of Giriraj Maharaj.
Amid this surge of faith, the entire Parikrama route and major roads of Govardhan are packed with devotees. To reach Govardhan, devotees are having to travel on the roofs of buses. Over 1 million devotees have arrived here in the last 24 hours to perform the Parikrama.
Devotees are circumambulating the 84 Kos of Braj, Giriraj Ji, and Vrindavan. On the evening before the full moon of the Purushottam month, Govardhan was so devastated that there was no place to stand.
