Lucknow, Aug. 18 -- Samajwadi Party (SP) national president Akhilesh Yadav today launched a scathing attack on the BJP government over waterlogging in Prayagraj, saying that nearly Rs one lakh crore were spent on the so-called "smart development" of Prayagraj in the name of Mahakumbh, but the current condition of the city exposes the alleged corruption.
