Jammu, Aug. 19 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha on Wednesday urged Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University to harmonise modernity with human values and to resolve to become a pilgrimage centre of knowledge, a laboratory of innovation, and a beacon guiding society towards progress.
