Thiruvananthapuram, Feb. 26 -- Dr Jitendra Singh, the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for the Ministry of Science and Technology, will visit the Biotechnology Research and Innovation Centre (BRIC) at the Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB) on February 28.
