Lucknow, Oct. 19 -- Uttar Pradesh government has stepped up preparations to ensure an uninterrupted power supply across the state during upcoming festivals, including Diwali and Chhath.
As part of these arrangements, villages and cities across Uttar Pradesh will remain illuminated on Dussehra, October 20. Instructions have been issued to ensure 24-hour electricity supply in districts, tehsils and rural areas.
Government aims to maintain a smooth, reliable power supply across the state during the festive season.
