Islamabad, Nov. 10 -- Representatives from the UN Development Programme (UNDP), International Monetary Fund (IMF), and World Bank, on Monday warned that Pakistan's overreliance on foreign bailouts, weak governance and lack of reforms, will only exacerbate its ongoing human development crisis.
Speaking here, UNDP Resident Representative Dr Samuel Rizk said, "There are two tales of Pakistan's story - on one side, macroeconomic stability; on the other, worsening social and human development indicators posing serious challenges," reports The News International.
