Shimla/Una(HP), Nov. 1 -- The Deputy Commissioner, Una, Jatin Lal, has taken serious note of cases of school students riding scooters or bikes to school and has directed to curb this trend.
During yesterday's district-level Road Safety Committee meeting, he instructed Education Department officials to issue clear instructions to every school, emphasising that the safety of children is the district administration's top priority.
Superintendent of Police Amit Yadav, all SDMs, officers from the police, public works and other departments were present at the meeting.
