New Delhi, March 17 -- UN Special Rapporteur on Afghanistan Richard Bennette expressed dismay at the Pakistani air attacks on Afghanistan de-addiction centerand urged both parties to de-escalate.
Bennette said he was ''dismayed'' by fresh reports of Pakistan airstrikes in Afghanistan and the civilian casualties.
