Kyiv, April 21 -- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has criticised the Moscow visits by US special envoy Steve Witkoff, and President Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner as "disrespectful", noting that both have been to Russia several times but not once to Kyiv.
Both central figures in Trump's diplomatic outreach, Witkoff and Kushner, have made multiple visits to Moscow over the past year, holding talks with President Vladimir Putin, advancing ceasefire proposals. Witkoff alone has travelled to the Russian capital eight times. Neither, however, has made an official visit to Kyiv.
