Panchkula, Sept. 2 -- The Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (UHBVN) has revised its charges and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for shifting electricity poles and lines up to 11 KV on the request of consumers and applicants, with the new rates ranging up to Rs 908 per metre depending on the type of line and infrastructure involved.
The revised procedure, issued through a Sales Circular, sets lump-sum rates that consumers must pay for shifting electricity lines, depending on the line type, conductor size, span, and pole height. The circular has been issued by the Chief Engineer/Commercial, UHBVN, Panchkula.
