Kampala, July 20 -- Uganda women's national team forward Catharine Nagadya has expressed her delight after signing a two-year contract with Egyptian club Al Ahly SC.
The former Kampala Queens FC striker completed the move on Sunday.
"I am very excited to sign my first professional contract. I know the targets of the new club area lot, and I will work hard to help the team achieve them," Nagadya told Xinhua on Monday.
Nagadya also thanked her former club, Kampala Queens FC, and everyone who helped make the move possible.
"I am going to start a new Football journey, but I am very prepared for it," she added.
