Chennai, June 18 -- Leader of the Opposition in the Tamil Nadu assembly Udhayanidhi Stalin, who is also the DMK Youth Wing Secretary, on Thursday smelt a rat in Governor VR Arlekar reading the address to the House in full, unlike his predecessor RN Ravi, and the playing of the national anthem twice in violation of tradition, alleging that this indicated a bonhomie between the ruling Tamilaga Vettrri Kazhagam (TVK) of Chief Minister Vijay and the BJP, heading the union Government.
