Mumbai, June 19 -- Launching a blistering attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Eknath Shinde-led rebel faction, former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Friday declared that the Shiv Sena would not be cowed by attempts to "dismantle" the party, asserting that the organization belongs to the common Shiv Sainik, not to individuals.
Addressing a gathering on the occasion of the party's 60th Foundation Day, Thackeray hit out at the recent political turmoil that saw a significant number of party MPs and MLAs siding with the Eknath Shinde camp.
