Abu Dhabi, May 4 -- The UAE's official emergency agency today said that the Emirate's air defences were working to intercept an alleged "missile threat" by Iran, and urged people in the country to "remain in a safe place and follow the warnings and updates on official websites."The warnings had become a near daily occurrence since the start of the US-Israel war against Iran, but stopped once the three reached a ceasefire and Iran stopped firing missiles and drones at America's Persian Gulf allies.
While the ceasefire halted US strikes on Iran, it did not amount much more than an uneasy halt to hostilities, as little progress has been made toward reaching a full-fledged peace agreement, as Iran insists that Washington's ongoing naval blocka...
