San Francisco, Oct. 24 -- U.S. Alaska Airlines grounded all its flights nationwide on Thursday evening due to an unspecified technology outage.
"Alaska Airlines is experiencing an IT outage affecting operations. A temporary ground stop is in place," the airline said in a post on X.
The IT team is working to solve the error in the system as soon as possible, the airline said in a response to an X user, recommending that passengers check their flight status before heading to the airport.
