Panchkula, Aug. 9 -- Two individuals allegedly involved in the Urban Estate firing incident were injured in an exchange of fire with Haryana Police near the Satrod South Bypass bridge in Hisar. Another suspect was apprehended, a Haryana Police spokesperson said on Sunday.
The spokesperson stated that a team of Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) Hisar was searching for the suspects in connection with the Urban Estate firing case when they were located near the Satrod South Bypass bridge.
According to the Haryana Police spokesperson, the police team attempted to stop the suspects, who allegedly opened fire. Police personnel returned fire in self-defence, resulting in firearm injuries to two suspects.
