Neeraj BaliChandigarh, July 14 -- A major controversy has erupted in Chandigarh over the death of 31-year-old Deepak, a resident of Sector-52.
A CCTV video has surfaced showing two men carrying Deepak's body on a bicycle in heavy rain.
While police claim it looks like a drug overdose, his family is calling it murder and demanding a fair probe.
The victim's brother, Rahul, has handed the CCTV footage over to the police. He says the video exposes what really happened.
"The footage shows two guys dragging Deepak's body on a bicycle in the pouring rain. They went some distance, dumped his body by the road, and ran away," Rahul said.
