Kanpur Dehat/ Bareilly, Oct. 27 -- Two road accidents in Kanpur Dehat and Bareilly today claimed four lives, including of a four-year-old child and a mother-son duo, while several others were injured.
In the first incident, which occurred late this evening on the National Highway near Patel Chowk in the Bhoginipur area of Kanpur Dehat, a speeding overloaded dumper collided head-on with a car coming from the opposite direction. The impact was so severe that the car was completely crushed. The dumper then lost control and overturned onto a passing motorcycle.
