Amethi/Ambedkar Nagar, March 4 -- The body of a 30-year-old man was found in a roadside ditch near Lalgaj Chauraha in the Musafirkhana area of Amethi on Wednesday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Sunil Kumar Verma, a resident of Jakha Shivpur village.
According to his younger brother Sachin Verma, Sunil had left home on Tuesday night on his motorcycle for Musafirkhana but did not return. When family members tried to contact him, his phone was switched off.
Passersby spotted the body in bushes near the roadside and informed the police on Wednesday morning. A damaged motorcycle was also found at the scene.
