Sahibganj, March 13 -- Two people died when an e-rickshaw collided head-on with a makeshift vehicle on Thursday in Sahibganj district of Jharkhand.
The accident occurred near Jivanpur village on the main road connecting Kotalpokhar with Farakka in West Bengal.
According to reports, the e-rickshaw was being driven by Azizur Sheikh (15), son of Abdul Salam and a resident of Vikrampur under Mufassil police station area of Pakur district. A passenger, Potla Paharia (around 60) from Ramchandrapur under the same police station area, was also travelling in the vehicle. Both were returning from the Chadour area of West Bengal when the accident occurred.
