Jogulamba Gadwal, Sept. 6 -- Two persons were killed and two others suffered severe injuries after a car rammed into a lorry on National Highway-44 within the Erravalli mandal limits of Jogulamba Gadwal district on Sunday.
According to police, the accident occurred near the HP petrol pump at Beechupally (10th Battalion) when the car, travelling from Hyderabad towards Kurnool, reportedly hit the lorry moving ahead of it at high speed.
Mounika and Sai Kumar, who were travelling in the car, died on the spot. Raghava and Mukesh sustained serious injuries in the accident.
