Thiruvananthapuram, June 6 -- Kerala Police have arrested two key operatives linked to an international drug trafficking network as part of Operation Toofan - The Narco Hunt, a statewide anti-narcotics drive launched to dismantle drug supply chains.
Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala has said Nigerian national Samuel Clifson Okforr was arrested in Delhi in connection with a case registered in Pandalam, while Elsina Santan Susan, a foreign national wanted in a case registered in Perinad, Pathanamthitta, was apprehended in Bengaluru.
The two are believed to be important links in the network responsible for trafficking narcotics into Kerala from abroad.
