Shimla, Aug. 3 -- Two senior IAS officers of the Himachal Pradesh cadre have been placed at the disposal of the Government of India for appointment to key posts under the Central Staffing Scheme, according to two separate notifications issued by the state Personnel Department.
As per a notification dated August 3, 2016-batch IAS officer Vivek Bhatia, Principal Private Secretary-cum-Special Secretary to the Chief Minister, has been relieved for his appointment as Director in the Department of Youth Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi.
He has been deputed for a period of five years with immediate effect.
Bhatia is presently also holding the additional charge of Director, Industries, Himachal Pradesh.
