Shillong, Sept. 21 -- Two drug traffickers were arrested, and 40.12 grams of heroin were seized from their possession here in Meghalaya's capital during the wee hours of Monday, police said.
Based on credible intelligence inputs regarding the transportation of narcotics from Silchar, Assam, to Shillong for delivery, the Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) of the Meghalaya Police deployed its sleuths at strategic locations to zero in on the drug traffickers.
