New Delhi, Jan. 20 -- Amid heightened security and airspace restrictions in connection with ongoing Republic Day arrangements in the national capital, two flights operating between Delhi and Srinagar were cancelled after a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) was issued, officials said on Tuesday.

In an advisory issued on its X handle, the Srinagar Airport authorities wrote, "Due to a NOTAM in force at Delhi Airport in view of Republic Day arrangements, two flights to/from Srinagar Airport have been cancelled by the respective airlines today."Airport authorities also urged passengers to check the latest flight status with their airline before heading to the airport and apologised for the inconvenience caused.
