New Delhi, July 17 -- A two-day National Awareness Programme on the implementation of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act) commenced at Vigyan Bhawan here on Friday, with union Minister for Women and Child Development Annpurna Devi stressing that safe and dignified workplaces are essential to enhancing women's participation in the workforce and achieving inclusive national development.
