Kaithal, April 24 -- The Anti-Vehicle Theft team of the district police has arrested two accused in connection with a mobile phone snatching incident by bike-borne assailants in the Civil Lines police station area.
A police spokesperson stated that Sunil, a resident of village Karoda, had closed his CSC center shop and was heading towards the Kaithal bus stand around 5:30 pm on February 12. When he reached Balaji Colony, Gali No. 3, two youths on a motorcycle snatched his mobile phone from his hand and fled the scene.
A case was registered at the Civil Lines police station. The investigation was conducted by a team led by ASI Ashok Kumar, under the supervision of SI Mukesh Kumar, Anti-Vehicle Theft team.
