Kolkata, March 8 -- In a significant breakthrough, West Bengal Police's Special Task Force (STF) arrested two accused allegedly involved in the murder of Bangladeshi activist Osman Hadi from Bongaon in North 24-Parganas.

Acting on specific intelligence inputs, the STF conducted a Saturday late-night operation and apprehended the two suspects identified as Faisal Karim Masud alias Rahul and Alamgir Hossain.

Preliminary investigation revealed that Masud is a resident of Patuakhali, while Hossain hails from Dhaka in Bangladesh.
