Puducherry, April 10 -- At a time when the election department was very strict in ensuring that the cell phones were not taken into the polling stations and getting the phones deposited outside the booths, some TVK activists took video of them casing votes to the party symbol 'Whistle" and uploaded it in the social media during yesterday's voting in the Puducherry Assembly elections.
