Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh), Oct. 20 -- TTD Chairman B R Naidu visited Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple near Venkatapalem here today walking like a common devotee to get a first-hand experience.
After inspecting the facilities, he instructed the temple staff to be more attentive over the decoration of the main deity, maintenance of queues and provision of amenities to avoid any sort of inconvenience to devotees. Any nonchalant attitude in performance of their duties would not be tolerated, he warned.
The Chairman also has decided to visit all the TTD-run Srivari temples in the country unannounced henceforth to check the amenities being provided to the local devotees.
