Washington, Aug. 26 -- US President Donald Trump has instructed Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to ensure that the National Guard of each US state is ready to suppress civil unrest, urging him to create a permanent rapid reaction force that can be sent anywhere in the country upon request, the White House said.
