Addressing the convocation ceremony of Shri Sai Group of Institutes at Pathankot in Punjab as the chief guest on Friday, the Governor said educational institutions have a vital role in nurturing character, discipline, leadership qualities and a spirit of service among the youth, which are essential for realizing the vision of a strong and self-reliant India.
