Nizamabad, Aug. 31 -- Telangana Rakshana Sena (TRS) president K Kavitha on Monday unveiled a five-point agenda centred on free education and healthcare, youth industrial loans, social justice, land for the poor and welfare of workers and farmers, and vowed to build a "Bahujan Telangana".
Addressing the 'Panchajanya Sankalpa Sabha' at the Old Collectorate Grounds here, Kavitha said a new political force was needed as the problems of the people had remained unresolved despite the formation of Telangana.
She criticised both the previous BRS and present Congress governments, alleging that the BRS failed to provide adequate irrigation benefits to Nizamabad despite spending Rs 1 lakh crore on Kaleshwaram project, while the Congress had failed t...
