Hyderabad, Sept. 12 -- Telangana Rakshana Senta (TRS) president K Kavitha on Saturday alleged that the ruling Congress and opposition BRS had reduced Assembly proceedings to physical confrontations and personal attacks instead of debating issues concerning the people.
In a video statement released from the TRS office at Jubilee Hills, Kavitha said it was distressing for a former parliamentarian and MLC to witness even the Speaker being verbally abused in the Assembly.
She accused both Congress and BRS of wasting public money by failing to work together to resolve people's problems.
She also criticised BJP members, alleging that they were divided between supporting the BRS and Congress without raising public issues.
