Agartala, May 17 -- To enhance scientific water resource management, Tripura has set up a State Data Centre for Water Resources with state-of-the-art facilities under the PWD department.
The advanced data centre was developed to facilitate comprehensive monitoring and management of groundwater levels, river flow, flood control systems, and overall water resource administration in Tripura.
Inaugurating the Data Centre, Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha congratulated the engineers and staff involved in successfully executing this significant project. He said this technology-driven initiative will improve transparency, efficiency, and responsiveness in water resource management and deliver better public services to citizens across the state.
