Agartala, July 24 -- The Tripura government has initiated a programme to set up robotics and virtual reality (VR) labs in all Vidyajyoti schools running under the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) as part of the Samagra Shisha initiative, aiming to enhance technology-driven education in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
The School Education Department said the initiative was designed to introduce students to cutting-edge technologies like robotics, drones, and virtual reality, while promoting experiential learning, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
