Agartala, July 16 -- Tripura Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) has conveyed serious concerns to Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha regarding the declining state of educational activities in schools, urging immediate intervention.
TPCC President Asish Kumar Saha alleged the significant crisis affecting the state's educational system, citing issues such as a shortage of teachers, halted recruitment processes, school closures, and teachers being assigned non-academic, clerical tasks.
He pointed out that teachers are burdened with administrative and clerical duties, leaving them with limited time to prepare lessons, adversely impacting the academic environment and leading to a decline in student interest in attending classes.
