Agartala, July 18 -- Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha has sought union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari's intervention over the worsening condition of several national highways in the state, exacerbated by the ongoing monsoon season.
In his letter to Gadkari, Dr Saha highlighted the deteriorating stretches of National Highway-08, which connects Churaibari in North Tripura to Agartala in West Tripura, as well as NH-208 and NH-108B that link Kumarghat, Kailashahar, Kamalpur, Khowai, and Agartala.
