Varanasi, Sept. 8 -- A five-day hands-on training program on "Nursery Management and Grafting Techniques for Vegetable Crops" began on Monday at the Indian Institute of Vegetable Research (IIVR), Varanasi, for 30 farmers and young agricultural entrepreneurs from 10 states.
The objective of the training program is to provide farmers with theoretical and practical knowledge of modern and scientific nursery management and grafting techniques, enabling them to increase the productivity, quality, and profitability of vegetable production.
