Hyderabad, Feb. 26 -- As part of the ongoing "Arrive Alive Campaign - Phase 2," the Sultan Bazar Traffic Police Station on Thursday organised a traffic rules and road safety awareness programme for students at Vivek Vardhini College, Koti.
Avinash Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic-1), attended the programme as the chief guest. Addressing the students, he stressed the need for vigilance while driving and strongly cautioned against negligent driving.
He explained the concept of "Defensive Driving," highlighting it as a proactive safety approach that involves anticipating potential hazards and compensating for the mistakes of other road users to prevent accidents.
