Hyderabad, May 21 -- Telangana Tourism and Culture Minister Jupally Krishna Rao on Thursday said tourism is not limited to leisure travel but plays a crucial role in economic development, youth employment, and promoting Telangana's brand image globally.
He called upon content creators and influencers to showcase the state's natural beauty, heritage, culture, handicrafts, and hospitality through digital platforms.
Addressing the Telangana Tourism Creators' Meet at Begumpet Tourism Plaza during Tourism Week celebrations, the Minister said the government, under its 'Praja Palana-Pragathi Pranalika' initiative, is taking special measures to boost the tourism sector.
