Chennai, Aug. 5 -- With the Phase-II construction works of the Chennai Metro Rail Project (CMRP) spanning 118 km in full swing, the Tamil Nadu proposed to establish three more corridors and the proposals are under the consideration of the Centre, Finance Minister Marie Wilson told the State Assembly on Friday.
Presenting the TVK regime's first budget, he said the Metro Rail Projects Construction of Phase-II of the CMRP, spanning 118.9 km across three corridors at an estimated completion cost of Rs.63,246 crore, is progressing in full swing.
