Chennai, July 13 -- The Tamil Nadu government observed a day's mourning on Monday as a mark of respect toQatar's Father Amir, His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
As part of the mourning, National Flags were flown at half mast on all government buildings.
