Chennai, June 18 -- The Government will implement an all-encompassing 'Vetri Thamizhagam - Vision Document' based on ten pillars to further promote the development of Tamil Nadu and to improve the livelihood of people, over the next five years, GovernorR V Arlekar announced in the State Assembly on Thursday.
