Chennai, Aug. 5 -- Tamil Nadu Finance Minister N Marie Wilson presented the first budget of the TVK government of Chief Minister Vijay which outlined key measures for additional revenue mobilisation by establishing transparency and integrity in tenders and project approvals, besides forming a six-member expert committee headed by former Deputy Chaiperson of union Planning Commission Montek Singh Ahluwalia to strengthen fiscal autonomy, generate financial resources to fulfil its socio-economic development commitments.
