Chennai, June 9 -- Making his second trip to the national capital after assuming office, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) Founder Joseph Vijay will be leaving for New Delhi on Wednesday morning to attend the NITI Aayog meet, slated for the next day.

The Chief Minister would board a special flight and, on reaching Delhi, he is expected to meet President Droupadi Murmu and Vice President C.P.Radhakrishnan.

Utilising the opportunity, he is also likely to meet top Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, as well as leaders of the CPI and CPI(M).
