Kolkata, March 27 -- The Trinamool Congress (TMC) has written to the Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court, seeking urgent intervention over the status of 11 of its candidates, including state minister Shashi Panja, whose names remain in the 'under consideration' list amid the ongoing SIR process.

The three-page letter, sent via email by state minister Chandrima Bhattacharya, highlights multiple concerns, including delays in resolving the status of these candidates. The party has also attached a detailed list of the 11 constituencies along with candidate names and EPIC numbers.
