Patna, April 23 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and senior JD(U) leader Vijay Choudhary Thursday accused the ruling Trinamool Congress ( TMC ) of fostering a culture of violence in West Bengal's electoral politics, alleging that the party has systematically undermined democratic processes.
Commenting on the political situation in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu, Choudhary, while talking to the news persons at the HDU office, claimed here that there is strong anti-incumbency sentiment in both states, asserting that people are no longer in favour of the current governments.
